This workshop is an opportunity to come to a common understanding of the real value you are creating with your product and how to carry that value throughout the product lifecycle in a collaborative team environment.

We will introduce you to the product toolkit, which includes templates for creating user scenarios, a product vision, meaningful success metrics, a minimum viable product and road map. Gain the tools and understanding to help guide your team conversations and ensure that your product stays meaningful and useful from inception to launch.
