Thank you for your support of Sharecase! We’re thrilled you will be part of our event, and your involvement ensures the 1,000+ University of California attendees of Sharecase will remain on top of technology trends, and discover new and better ways to do their work.

Below you’ll find some vital details and important information regarding Sharecase. Please read this page carefully, and feel free to contact me with any questions.

Sponsor Recognition

Logo: Please send me a vector format logo (.ai, .eps or .pdf) or a high-resolution .jpg or .png at least 300 pixels large on its long side for inclusion on our website and in other event materials.

Meals at Sharecase

Coffee and tea, snacks, and assorted beverages will be available throughout the day. Two boxed lunches for Silver-level and four for Gold-level sponsors will be made available to the members of your team staffing your exhibit space. As a courtesy to our attendees, please do not eat meals while staffing your booth.

Your Staff Participants

Please send the members of your staff who will represent your company for Sharecase, so we have their name and a nametag for them at our registration desk. Please submit your staff names by Monday, September 16th.

Exhibition Space Details

As a sponsor/exhibitor you receive an exhibition table in the Sharecase expo hall, which will be in the Fisher Banquet Hall on the main level of the Mission Bay Conference Center.

Exhibit tables are 6’ x 18”, a power outlet, and two banquet chairs. Gold sponsors will be provided with two tables and four chairs. All other displays and materials (including power strips) are the exhibitor’s responsibility. Table cloths will not be provided. You are free to bring a table cloth with your company logo.

There is no on-site storage at the Mission Bay Conference Center. Please bring only what you can store underneath your table, or plan to store any bulky and large items in your vehicle or off-site.

Please note: you may not tape, tack, nail or hang anything from the conference center walls. You also may not bring any inflated balloons into the space; if they get loose they set off smoke detectors.

Exhibition Load In/Out

Load in will begin at 6:30 am on the day of Sharecase, and exhibit spaces must be set up by 7:30 am, when attendees will begin to arrive and register for the day.

All exhibitors must load in and load out through the loading dock or from the 30 minute parking next to the loading dock, on the south side of the William J. Rutter Center (Mission Bay Conference Center). There is a ramp to provide access. Please do not enter and exit with materials through the conference center front doors, and please do not park or unload in the circular driveway.

Shipping Materials in Advance

If you’d like to ship any materials to the conference center, you may do so no earlier than October 10, 2019.

Directions

The Mission Bay Conference Center is easily accessible by public transportation. There is limited parking so we suggest you use the UCSF shuttle or San Francisco’s very accessible tram, bus (Muni) and railway (BART) systems.

If you must drive, a map is available here and directions to the Mission Bay Conference Center location are available here. We recommend parking in the William J. Rutter Garage adjacent to the Mission Bay Conference Center. Rates are as follows:

Public parking rates at Mission Bay are as follows:

  • 0-1 Hours = $4.00
  • 1-2 Hours = $8.00
  • 2-3 Hours = $12.00
  • 3-4 Hours = $16.00
  • 4-5 Hours = $20.00 (24-hour comp sticker rate)
  • 5-6 Hours = $24.00
  • 6-7 Hours = $28.00
  • 7-24 Hours = $32.00 (daily maximum)
