Sharecase 2019: Connect; October 10, 2019; 8 AM - 4 PM; Misson Bay Conference CenterThank you for your interest in exhibiting at Sharecase 2019! Sharecase is a unique opportunity for researchers, educators, departments, technologists, and others to showcase your products and services, at no cost, while crossing paths and exchanging the latest and newest ideas with your peers. As you prepare, please keep in mind the following information:

Booth Requests
Please use this form to request a booth. Booth registration will close September 10. 

Booth Space Details
As a booth sponsor you will receive a table in the Sharecase Expo Hall, which will be in the Fisher Banquet Hall on the main level of the Mission Bay Conference Center, Fisher Atrium Foyer, or on the patio immediately outside the Fisher Banquet Hall.

Each exhibitor will receive a linenless 6’ x 30" table, two banquet chairs, free WiFi and a booth sign. All other displays and materials (including table linen, power strips, dongles, etc.) are the exhibitor’s responsibility. 

Please note: Do not tape, tack, nail or hang anything from the conference center walls. Do not bring inflated balloons into the space as they will set off smoke detectors if they get loose. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up the booth area after the Expo. This includes taking all leftover information (brochures, displays, giveaways, etc.), trash disposal (including boxes), and any spill clean up.

What Your Booth Should Include
Sharecase booths and exhibits should be fun, lively and engaging. Booths should be inviting and professional, so please take the following into consideration:

  - Required: Booths must be ready for visitors by 8 AM and should remain up and staffed until 4 PM
  - Recommended: Brochures, business cards or fliers as takeaways
  - Recommended: Fun items or activities to draw attention to your booth
  - Optional: Promotional items, pens, or other giveaways

Meals at Sharecase
Coffee, tea and assorted beverages will be available throughout the day. Two boxed lunches will be made available to members of your team staffing your exhibit space. Please do not eat and drink at your booth.

Exhibition Load In/Out
Load in begins at 6:30 AM on the day of Sharecase and exhibit spaces must be set up by 8 AM, when attendees begin to arrive.

All exhibitors must load in and load out through the loading dock or from the 30-minute parking by the loading dock, on the south side of the William J. Rutter Center (Mission Bay Conference Center). There is a ramp to provide access. Please do not enter and exit with materials through the conference center front doors and do not park or unload in the circular driveway.

Directions
The Mission Bay Conference Center is along the UCSF Shuttle Route and is easily accessible by public transportation. Parking is limited so we suggest you use the UCSF shuttle or San Francisco’s very accessible tram, bus (Muni) and railway (BART) systems.

If you must drive, please refer to the Mission Bay Center driving directions and map. We recommend parking in the William J. Rutter Garage adjacent to the Mission Bay Conference Center. Rates are as follows:
