Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Sharecase 2017!  This year's conference is being held at the Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF on October 12, 2017.  Our theme this year is "IT Ecosystem: Success through Collaboration."   

We have two levels of sponsorship: Gold and Silver. As one of the sponsors, you will be among the limited few industry representatives with access to decision makers and influencers. Your company’s logo, with a link to your company’s home page, will be added to the Sharecase website.  A list of sponsors will be included in conference materials and acknowledged with posters around the event. While all sponsors share these acknowledgments, the higher level receives greater prominence and visibility. 

Our sponsorship team is here to assist you. Once you have decided that you want to become a sponsor, we ask that you complete the “Become a Sponsor” web form. Upon receipt, the sponsorship committee will reach out with any questions, finalize payment details and request logo for use on website and event collateral.

Below you’ll find important details and information regarding Sharecase sponsorship. Sponsorship registration will commence on August 8th and will run through September 22nd.

Needed for Sponsor Recognition
Logo: A vector format logo (.ai, .eps or .pdf) or a high-resolution .jpg or .png (at least 300 pixels large on its long side) for inclusion on the Sharecase website and in event materials. If you have not done so already, please send your logo to Shelby Dantzler.

Meals at Sharecase
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available throughout the day. Two boxed lunches for Silver-level and four for Gold-level sponsors will be made available to the members of your team staffing your exhibit space. As a courtesy to our attendees, please do not eat meals while staffing your booth.

Your Staff Participants
All staff who represent your company for Sharecase must be registered so that we have their name, and a nametag for them at our registration desk. Please register your staff here by Friday, September 22th. 

Exhibition Space Details
As a sponsor/exhibitor, you receive an exhibition table in the Sharecase expo hall, which will be in the Fisher Banquet Hall on the main level of the Mission Bay Conference Center.

  • As a sponsor, you receive a linenless 6’ x 30” table, two banquet chairs, a power outlet, wireless internet and a booth sign. Gold sponsors will be provided with two tables and four chairs. All other displays and materials (including table linen, power strips, dongles, etc.) are the exhibitor’s responsibility. If you require a hardwire Ethernet cable for high-bandwidth services, please request this as soon as possible.
  • There is no on-site storage at the Mission Bay Conference Center. Please bring only what you can store underneath your table, or plan to store any bulky and large items in your vehicle or off-site.

Please note: do not tape, tack, nail or hang anything from the conference center walls. Inflated balloons are not permitted within the conference center. If the balloons get loose, the smoke detectors may be set off.                    

Exhibition Load In/Out
Load in will begin at 6:30 AM on the day of Sharecase. Exhibit spaces must be set up by 8:00 AM when attendees will begin to arrive and register for the day.

  • All exhibitors must load in and load out through the loading dock or from the 30-minute parking next to the loading dock, on the south side of the William J. Rutter Center (Mission Bay Conference Center). There is a ramp to provide access. Please do not enter and exit with materials through the conference center front doors and please do not park or unload in the circular driveway.

Shipping Materials in Advance
If you’d like to ship any materials to the conference center, you may do so no earlier than October 10, 2017. Please submit the following information to Shelby Dantzler @ [email protected].

Directions
The Mission Bay Conference Center is along the UCSF Shuttle Route and is easily accessible by public transportation. Parking is limited so we suggest you use the UCSF shuttle or San Francisco’s very accessible tram, bus (Muni) and railway (BART) systems.

If you must drive, a map is available here and directions to the Mission Bay Conference Center location are available here. We recommend parking in the William J. Rutter Garage adjacent to the Mission Bay Conference Center. Rates are as follows:
